Our commitment to excellence shines through in every step of the manufacturing process, from selecting premium materials to the final quality check. Here's a look at the steps we follow to create our exceptional skates.

    1.Design and planning

Every roller skate begins with a thoughtful design process. Our team of designers crafts detailed blueprints that prioritize ergonomics, style, and performance. This includes elements like boot shape, frame structure, and wheel alignment, all engineered for maximum comfort and durability. Here, you can see how the blueprints guide the cutting of the boot shape from the fabric.

We meticulously select high-quality materials for each component of the skate. The boots are crafted from premium leather or synthetic fabrics, ensuring both comfort and durability. At Wintersweet, we are dedicated to creating original designs and patterns that set new trends in both style and performance. Each piece of fabric is cut with precision using advanced cutting tools, shaping the materials according to our design specifications. This step guarantees that every part—from the boot panels to the sole and frame fits together seamlessly.

    52.2 Stitching & Assembly

The boot assembly features expertly crafted stitching that unites the various fabric layers, including the exterior, interior padding, and protective reinforcements. This precision stitching ensures durability and strength, resulting in a flawless finish for every skate.

62.3 Punching holes and placing eyelids

After the upper part of the boot has been stitched together, we carefully mark the positions for the lace holes and eyelids. These holes are then punched and fitted, with their number and spacing tailored to the skate design and the level of support required.

    2.4 Bonding

High-strength adhesive techniques are skillfully utilized to securely bond each component of the skate. This process guarantees optimal comfort, support, and lasting durability.

    102.5 Adding Adhesive

Once the boot is complete, we prepare both surfaces of the sole and apply our high-strength adhesive. The sole is then precisely positioned and firmly pressed into place, eliminating any air bubbles for a seamless fit. After securing the sole, we cure the adhesive under specialized conditions to create a strong and enduring bond.

92.6 Baking under a red light
After the adhesive is applied, the skates are baked under a red light. This curing process strengthens the bond, enhancing the overall durability of the final product.

  • 123.Reinforcing

Lasting involves shaping the boot by placing the upper part over a "last" (a foot-shaped mold). This process stretches the leather to form the final shape of the boot, ensuring it fits snugly around the foot. The upper material is pulled tightly around the last, smoothing out any wrinkles and setting the structure of the skate.
After the boot and sole are attached, the next step is reinforcing the bond between the upper leather (and inner lining) and the sole.

    4.Mounting

The boot is carefully attached to the skate frame. This part is critical as it determines the skate's balance and stability. The frame is mounted securely to ensure smooth rolling and proper weight distribution.
Once the frame is attached, the wheels and bearings are installed. The bearings are inserted into the wheels, and then each wheel is secured to the frame. We use high-precision bearings for a smoother glide and better speed control.

    5.Final Product and Shipping

Once the skate is complete, we conduct a thorough quality check. Each component is assessed for durability, alignment, and overall performance, ensuring that every pair upholds our commitment to quality and comfort. After inspections, the skates are packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely.
They’re then shipped out, ready for customers to enjoy on the rink or the streets.
