Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- We will notify you of any significant delays that may affect your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard International Shipping (10-20 business days)
- Express International Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Delivery times may vary based on destination country

Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided either:

- You can track your order status by logging into your account or checking your email for tracking information

Shipping Address

- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers

Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
- If your package arrives damaged, please:
1. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Keep all original packaging materials
- We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue
