Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our products. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing excellent service. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures to ensure a smooth shopping experience.



Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to:

Inspect all items carefully immediately upon delivery.
Verify that all items match your order.
Check for any potential damage or defects.
Keep all original packaging materials until you are satisfied with your purchase.
If you discover any issues with your order, please get in touch with us immediately for prompt assistance and resolution.


Return Period
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.



Return Eligibility
1. Quality-Related Returns
We accept returns for the following quality issues:

Manufacturing defects
Damaged items received
Items that don't match the product description or images
Missing parts or components
Incorrect items received
2. Preference-Related Returns
We accept returns but buyer pays return shipping for the following personal preferences:

The size doesn't fit as expected
The color appears different from what was imagined
Style doesn't meet personal expectations
Change of mind (item must be unused with the original packaging intact)
The wrong size was ordered by the customer
The product meets the description but doesn't suit personal needs
3. Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Damage caused by customer
Used items or items with removed tags
Missing or damaged original packaging


Return Process
Submit your return request to graceyang@m-crosport.com/danny@m-crosport.com (including photos or videos of the product and packaging condition is recommended).
Wait for customer service approval and return shipping address.
Package the item according to instructions and ship it back.
The warehouse receives and inspects the returned items.
Process exchange or refund after item inspection.
Please note: Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.



Shipping Costs
Quality-Related Returns/Exchanges: Seller covers round-trip shipping costs.

Preference-Related Returns: Buyer arranges and pays for return shipping.

Exchanges: For quality issues: The seller covers all shipping costs; For preference changes: The buyer pays return shipping; the seller covers shipping of the replacement item.



Refund Information
Processing time: Within 15 business days after return receipt.

Bank processing time may vary; please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If you haven't received your refund after 20 business days from approval, please contact us at graceyang@m-crosport.com.



Special Notes
Return processing times may be extended during holidays.

International returns may require additional shipping time.



Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy.

Orders are subject to the policy version in effect at the time of purchase.
