The damaged parts such as Liner, wheels, frame, axles, screws, laces, buckle, velcro strap, cuff, or others) can be replaced for free IF those parts are confirmed as a production faulty.
Product guarantee will not be covered IF it is caused by the user's intentional fictitious.
The brand will free replace the complete skate in case the damaged parts (Skate Upper Shell, Mounting block) can not be replaced and it is claimed as production faulty.
In the process of product guarantee service, the shipping cost should be charged except for the product recall from the brand.
